Returning from the BEO, I found myself back in my home mountain, Parnassus, along with a few friends. After a day of riding we realized that the season was not what we had expected so we came up with a new plan. Eugene was about to go study in the U.S. and we decided to go along with him snowboarding for a whole month. The tickets were booked just a few days later and the plan was to be in Lake Tahoe beginning of March.
Northstar was the ski resort we chose to go among many others since it has one of the largest snowparks in the world. From baby kickers to pro kickers, from ground boxes to king rails, even a big half-pipe – a paradise place for a snowboarder.
We rented a small cabin to settle in. Theo and Eugene were ready for some shooting. Was I ready for it? It ’s a weird feeling to describe into words.
They were this extra something that make me push myself one step further.
The season was full of experiences and a dream came true. Thanks to Eugene and Theo.
Peace,
G
